Founded by Rohn Rajen and Douglas Dean, Human Capital Group Asia responds to a clear need expressed by many clients throughout Asia for enhanced assistance in becoming more effective and efficient as they face increasing domestic and international competition.
To respond to the need, the Human Capital Group Asia unites professionals (Business School faculty, psychologists, business executives and consultants) into a multi-disciplinary and multicultural team which puts a unique set of knowledge and skills at the service of our clients.
In addition to subject matter experts, Human Capital Group Asia works with local Human Resource consultants in the countries where is does business, This approach ensures that the local cultural and business network is leveraged to.

Rohn Rajen
Rohn was the first to introduce large scale motivational presentations / seminars in SE Asia starting in the 1990’s. The success of these events generated an enduring recognition as a top flight trainer and human capital specialist. Rohn then went on to create RRC Worldwide. Since its inception, the company has carved out a niche in the teambuilding / experiential learning areas. Besides being a successful business man and consultant, Rohn is currently pursuing a Doctorate Degree from the University of South Australia with specific focus on Global Leadership Competencies.

Douglas Dean
Doug is a business development and branding expert. He has over 20 years experience in industry and consulting including Chief Marketing Officer for Volkswagen commercial vehicles. He is the main driver behind the formation and development of Human Capital Group Asia. In addition, Doug is the lead consultant for projects covering brand and business strategy.

Dr Yusof Omar
Yusof Omar Ph.D., formerly from Shell, has been an active actor in both the commercial and academic arenas for over 2 decades, focusing on business improvement strategies and learning innovations. He is an internationally recognized expert in Quality. He also innovated learning at the Malayan Banking Berhad Learning Centre where he introduced state of the art, blended-spaced ROI-driven Corporate Education Curriculum and programs. He also headed efforts and strategic alliances with key learning partners including INSEAD, Harvard business schools, Wharton, IMD.

Dr. Rumesh Kumar
Dr Rumesh is a performance improvement consultant and management trainer specializing in the areas of leadership development, continual productivity improvement and enhancement of interpersonal skills. In addition to being the Director of the Kanzen Institute Asia Pacific, he is a faculty member of the KM Institute USA and the University of South Australia.

Ashleigh Kivilaakso Seow
Ashleigh is a senior facilitator who has delivered training programs to the Brunei Shell Petroleum, Bumiputra-Commerce Bank, Chevron Texaco Energy Indonesia, DHL,HSBC, IBM, Islamic Development Bank Brunei, Sheraton Hotels, Standard Chartered Bankand the United Overseas Bank amongst others. He has also taught at Murdoch Business School’s MBA program. His wide experience of different sectors enables him to readily identify the organizational and professional issues that are affecting a company or a group, and design a program to suit the client’s needs.

Dr Mohd Kamal Khir
Mohd is currently the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Institut Bank – Bank Malaysia (IBBM), a Professional and Educational Body for the banking and financial services industry in Malaysia. He is also the CEO of Malaysia Banking Academy.
He has over 30 years of management experience having held positions in a wide spectrum of industries such as marketing, trading, manufacturing, multinational companies, government institutions, highway concessionaires, news industry and training establishment.
He is a Master trainer/facilitator and a qualified Internal Quality Auditor and Lead Assessor Certified by Lloyds, UK and Portsmouth University, UK.

Todd Oliver McPherson
Todd is a solution-focused counsellor and facilitator working in both personal health and corporate performance arenas. For businesses, he develops and delivers professional workshops that help leading organisations better meet their objectives. He works with teams to improve performance, communication and interpersonal skills. He works with upper level management and senior leadership teams to help develop policy and procedures, conducts strategic planning and improves group relations

Dr Zainal Abidin Bin Mohamed
Dr Zainal is Director Corporate Planning Division at Universiti Putra Malaysia. He is a specialist in the area of strategic management and was awarded a Fullbright Scholarship in the area of Business Process Reengineering. He has lead research on a national scale on Knowledge Management. In addition to his academic research and teaching, he is also a business consultant to numerous companies and government institutions. He holds a PhD in Strategic management from the University of Edinburgh, Scotland, an MBA in Operations management from University Wisconsin
